The short version: we collect what you give us when you apply and use the portal, plus basic analytics about who visits our sites. We store a hashed form of your IP, never the raw address, and we do not sell your data.

Who we are

Hankorp operates a creator network that connects creators and affiliates with our brands. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to team@hankorp.org.

Information you give us

When you apply, we collect your name, email, chosen username, country, languages, interests, experience, audience size, the platforms you use, and any portfolio link or notes you add. If you are accepted and use the member portal, we also store your display name, your lesson and test progress, the jobs you sign up for, anything you post in the forum, the crypto wallet address you give us for payouts, and your withdrawal requests.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit our sites we record the pages viewed, the site that referred you, and an approximate location (city, region, country) derived from your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address. We store a one way hashed form of it so we can count unique visitors and reuse a location without keeping the address itself. We do not use advertising or cross site tracking cookies for this.

How we use it

We use your information to review applications, run the network, brief and pay you, communicate with you, understand where our audience is coming from, improve the site, and prevent fraud and abuse.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who help us operate: our email provider to send you messages, our hosting provider to run the site, and an IP geolocation provider to turn an IP address into an approximate location. Brands you choose to work with receive the details needed to attribute and pay for your work. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments and wallets

If you request a payout, we store the wallet address you provide so we can send it. We never take custody of your funds or your private keys, and we never ask for them.

How long we keep it

We keep application and account information while you are part of the network and for as long as we need it for records and legal reasons. Visitor analytics are kept to understand traffic over time and are used in aggregate.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your profile in the portal, and you can delete your account from the portal settings, which removes your identifying details. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access or delete your data. Email team@hankorp.org and we will help.

Age

Some of our brands sell age restricted products and are strictly for adults. The network is not intended for children. Do not apply or use the network if you are under 18, and do not promote an age restricted product to anyone under the legal age.

Where we operate

We operate from the United States, and your information may be processed and stored there. By using the network you understand that your data may be handled in the United States.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including serving the site over HTTPS and storing a hashed form of IP addresses rather than the addresses themselves. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version always lives on this page, and continued use of the network after a change means you accept the updated policy.
